    Good to see CMQ promptly keeping us informed.

    So what was the outcome from yesterday...
    Did the bondholders agree to hold off until the outcome of the appeal?
    If not, did the court order the bondholders to hold off until the appeal?
    If so, was an appeal date set?

    Or did the bondholders not agree, the court not agree to make such an order, and therefore the winding up to begin immediately?
