    asiaflyer - it is certainly a risk for me also - but I concur with your rationale & will also be taking up the offer. This stock has caused me nothing but grief and god knows why I am still here - perhaps I am just eternally optimistic ... or I just see alot of work in the refridgeration industry - someone has to get the work - we can not do without it.
