Well Xingang have only managed to get 60%, and 6% belongs to Sino who've advised that they wont be taking up the offer (still don't understand how that works).
So what now ... With only 60% (54% without Sino), what will their next step be, scare tactics ?
I've sold out to them, but maybe I should of held onto a few.
