Good luck with this. I'll watch with interest. If some of the fat cat directors were still on the board when it appears from the KPMG report that BIG was trading while insolvent then maybe there are some deep pockets the action can go after. If it can only go after the dad, the girlfriend and the kid then it will be some pretty damn slim pickings, I fear.
