Unfortunately the law firm that prepared the case hasn't yet been able to secure any litigation funding, so nothing has proceeded any further. I believe they are still trying a few different avenues but I'd say the chance is slim. Very dissapointed that there appears to be no justice for any of us, we just have to accept we were scammed and lost our money.
