Interesting to read Andrew Corner's comments but there's a lot of "I don't recall" answers. Also the fact that all the other directors have gone into hiding tells us a lot don't you think?! If the company was trading as legitimnately as they all protested, then wouldn't they just attend the hearing and answer the questions, if they've got nothing to hide?

Unfortuntely our justice system isn't strong enough to deal with these people and they'll most likely just walk away and never have to answer to us or face a judgement. However, I believe that life deals out justice and karma in many different forms. They'll be judged for their actions at some point.

In terms of the class action, there's not much to report. It's still ongoing and they're waiting on the outcome of this liquidation hearing before deciding how best to proceed. Have been told it could be 2-3 years until the liquidation process is finalised, so don't hold your breath!
