    So what now....

Letter from ASX - There will be no letter from the ASX. We already had the ASX announcement that they had delisted the company.

Where have shares gone - You still have the shares and you will be listed on the register of shareholders. All private companies have to file this information with ASIC.

Where has shareholders money gone - The original capital has been spent by the company and there is probably nothing left.

Is the company still operating - The company is in voluntary administration. That means it's still operating but Deloitte are currently running the company. The outcome of the administration will be either 1) Deloitte decides that the company should be wound up or 2) Deloitte passes the company back to the directors and it will continue operating.

How do we get updates now delisted - At this stage for any updates you should speak directly to Deloitte. If the company continues operating after administration then it would be up to the directors how they choose to keep shareholders informed. For example it could be an email register or reports posted onto website etc. The other option is you can pay for a membership to ASIC and then view any of the formally submitted reports there.

Capital Loss - You can't claim capital loss until either 1) the company is wound up and all the shares are cancelled or 2) you give them away to delisted.com or 3) you find a way to sell them privately or the company does a buy back. If you need more info around capital losses then please speak with your accountant.
