Thanks for sharing that article and glad to see finally some action is being taken by ASIC. Those accounts should never have passed through audit and they should throw the book at him.

Also just FYI regarding the class action. The person I was dealing with at Piper Alderman Lawyers unfortunately left the company a few months ago. He was a real champion of the class action for us and was very passionate about getting some justice. In his absense, I was given another name to contact and I've followed up with them a couple of times, but I have yet to hear anything back at all. It doesn't look good unfortunately. I've followed up again today but I won't be wasting much more time on it if I don't get a response.
