Hi bowser, i don't think that is too relevant... WHN have just given a slap in the face to their shareholders, what would be the point of releasing a non-material announcement that no longer has any bearing on the company?
I'd also suggest that the other company might not want their name released either? if they had confidentiality contracts with WHN, why would they bother releasing WHN of the restrictions? it definately wouldn't look good for them - spending the better part of a year on a deal that fell through, and all the associated costs involved....
