It is likely that Bayan is able to get additional funding in the medium term and therefore I would rather expect that they are "convincing" the management to issue new KRL shares, excluding existing shareholders from subscriprion rights, i.e. a squeeze out from the backdoor, step by step. There is no need to hurry up.
