Disagree Pimp, their pressing need is having to pay tax on their earnings through the 2 entities as it is obvious that Bayan are going to pull some pretty big numbers out of the ground in the coming months.
From Bayans annual report and from other sources I believe they have thrown huge amounts of money already at the KRL projects so they are well under way to serious earnings.
Why pay tax twice?
Sooner rather than later from my view
