I suspect the capital raising that fell through was being driven by Sir Ron. MMX is sitting on around $20m the capiatl raising as i understand it would have been for around $130m to $150m

My belief is Sir Ron tried to get Cashmere to backdoor into MMX but the Cashmere board didnt end up liking the terms and tahts why the whole thing fell over.

If this wasnt the case then there are people that are interested in buying MMX's 3% of Cashmere and will pay more than the value MMX's board has assigned to the shareholding of $0!
