This is an excellently targeted buy back to fleece the minority shareholders of the true benefits of their holdings.
I'm all for the buy back purely on the fact that a number of the larger shareholders will not sell into it.
If the smaller shareholders sell into the buy back it only increases the value for the remaining shareholders.
Look at POSCO, you are telling me they are going to sell into the buy back at $0.042 on their 60,567,000 shares and forgo (hand to Sir Ron) ($0.0546 - $0.042) X 60,567,000 = $763,144?
Cashmere is getting to a state where they need cash to continue and I suggest between MMX and POSCO they can take control of the business at good prices.
I think MMX has a lot of upside.
I vote yes for the buy back but just like Sir Ron I'm not getting out!
