Beacon has not reacted at all to the massive run in gold price. However, that is a huge factor in their sales and cashflow. I have many other miners up 50-100% in the last year based on gold price. When tBeacon did pit change and ran low grade stockpiles, it wrecked Q3 earnings. But that is over now; their revenue and cash flow should soar this Q, anyone see a reason why not?
I am interested in your projections. Here are mine.
Yahoo says $6,635.715 free cash flow in 12 months ending 6-30-2024. Since then gold has soared and fuel has dropped in price. The average price was about $2100usd for 12 months till June 2024. This Q it is about $2850 avg. The produced about $82 mill Aud in 24, so that is $20 mill a Q and now gold up 36% call it $27 million rev if production similar. Being they FCFed $6.6 mill at $2150 that is a 8% free cash flow yield or $1.65 million for the Q. If expenses are about the same, then $27 million rev in Q would be $8.65 million free cash flow for Q or annualized $108 million revenue for a year and $34.6 million FCF for a year. Beacon is $110 million mkt cap so about 30% FCF yield, which is spectacular if that ends up true.
