Nov 16 AGM...they could have strettttched it out to the max Nov 30...but they didnt...interesting

If you were an ECT director having copped the endless s/holder flak over the last 6 months...would you go for Nov 16 if the $6m was not literally in the bag?

If it wasnt "in the bag" - logic says you would wait the last gasp 2 weeks and hoppppe its commming...afterall directors have stated the resolutions (and Monash $$$ timetable) and included is the ~ 40% increase director fees (actually the 40% increase is shares...nice incentive that IF Monash commit...is a very bullish signal)

Bottom line...some serious thought has gone into this Nov 16 AGM ann with accompanying resolutions. ECT obviously believe its in the bag as 99% of Mikes address was forward looking wayyy beyond the $6m.

There would likely be legal repercussions if it doesnt happen this time.

The sp is saying the $$$ will arrive. If that happens...imo we will see extraordinary sp movements - slow motion SIR style over the next year
