so whats changed...

since two weeks ago, oh apart from a positive pfs and licences granted.... tick, tick! so if only 200k or so separates fwl from previous highs, how long before she returns.. note fwl has gone down on low volume to date, excepting the 400k dump on oppies today (volatility is accepted due to lack of shares available to trade...tick (kinda))
