The ChiX seller (223,640) has now jumped up to 2.4 cents. It seems he is trying to place downwards pressure without actually selling his shares.
i.e. for a moment placed a sell order @ 2.2 cents (120,000). The ChiX seller instantly jumped from 2.4 cents down to 2.2 cents behind my order. When I pulled my order he lept back up to 2.4 cents.
When i first posted he was prepared to jump down to 2.1 cents behind my order.
