No million share dump today, did somebody read the ann and decide they had been a naughty boy/girl or scumbag.

The trading of late suggested that it may have been more than one large holder fighting to get out but yesterdays ann throws a bit of light on the situation maybe?. If there was something really bad one would have to assume that continuous disclosure rules would have had us see some idea all be it late as to what has caused the SP to drop so much. (You can't blame retailers or anyone for that matter actually supporting the SP buying from the buy side when sustained and prolonged dumping into the sell side is happening.

The only thing I can think of is a CR or script deal was on the table for an acquisition or TO. This was rather a strange ann yesterday and one could only assume that the company had a pretty good idea what was going on and no doubt had a few choice phone calls along the lines of please explain leading up to the ann.
