    So what do people think is holding CUY's stock price back at the moment?

    I noticed the last announcement when unheeded and yet there was a significant expansion of Oban.

    Is it the u308 price?

    Is it the general bear market?

    Is it still the MARP? or the FLT?

    any ideas?
