so what's next you might ask.????
1) I very very much doubt that BCPE will de-list the company from ASX. it's a piggy bank for them.
2) 1:10 consolidation. will bring shares issued approx 218MM shares.
3) share price after consolidation.
if it stays around 5.5cps = 55cps or falls back pre take over 2.4cps = 24cps.
4) IMO punters will not accept Nido's pricing be it 55cps or 24cps. I believe it will drop heavily -50+%
55cps punters will be rolling on the floor laughing even with 24cps.
they know it's a crappy dog.
