The offer has created this 5.5cent ceiling on the price of the share. People that missed out of the offer feel they must sell for what ever they can get. Threats like consolidation etc have bullied these people into selling.
The Major shereholder can maniulate the shareprice now that we have very low volumes. The general market is not interested in this stock, therefore no buyers.
All these tactics appear to be legal ? think not.!
