Going private will come later (must have 50 or less to privatize in Aust). They will delist (unlisted public company) which seems a matter of course now (see ASX Listing Rules- Guidance Notes Sec 2.10). If less than 150 soles remaining, then no E.G.O. even required. This course of action may give "bentboomerang" another crack at making some pocket money.
