That 7 share sale and the subsequent disappearance of 6mill or so shares at .4c indicates to me someone is trying to encourage their order getting hit.

Since the last cap raising was a failure we are due to run out of cash by the end of August at the latest

With the advent of a new $500K contract (ie $125K per quarter) and the onflow of other contracts and having $1.9mill in the bank as at end of March quarter I think they're probably safe for the September quarter but no doubt a placement will be needed very soon after that. I hope they have a few mre contract announcements up their sleeve before then.
