I don't think they ever came near to getting CETO to the point of a workable or commercially viable solution. Information has always been big on spin and short on detail. They became experts in spinning the deception in the right circles so the grants would keep rolling in and the shareholders would continue to be deceived.
When I got in it was because of the diversification into solar and battery. I believed the spin that this would be the route to profitability and had discounted CETO completely in my decision. That decision was based on misinformation from the Carnegie board, coupled with gross incompetence regarding the EMC debacle. Someone should be accountable for that!
