Can you outline your plans for progressing this with ASX and ASIC?
While I understand the frustration here as I am also in the same boat, you cannot be so blind to the fact that some blame must be attributed to management. They are the ones that tried to hide the details of the revenue from shareholders in the annual report and failed to make the disclosures being listed requires. What are your strategies for holding them to account and pressuring them to get the ball rolling?
IMHO, both sides need to put ego's aside and come to the table to negotiate an outcome if we are to see a fast resolution to the suspension.
