    Which part of the ASX suspension is procedurally unfair? What little prospect?

    The suspension was done in consultation with ASIC...ASIC gave info to the ASX and told the ASX about their intention of starting a formal investigation. It would be gross negligent on the ASX part if they didn't suspend. The ASX did some queries and ACTUALLY FOUND breaches...
