Just to add something in regard to tight registry:

Traxys itself is not the 10% shareholder, its in fact TRAXYS PROJECTS LLC, a joint venture investment vehicle between Resource Capital Funds (which in their own right own 16.7%) and Traxys.

Therefore Resource Capital Funds effectively own 26.7% of WLF (10% jointly with Traxys)

... registry even tighter than I thought!
