Just some thoughts.
The new JORC resource includes over 500,000t of low grade (2.3g/t) ore so RMS needs more milling capacity. My guess is that some of the money could be used to increase the milling capacity from 15,000t/month to around 50,000t/month. They might buy a mill or put more equipment in at Burbanks. Also the Black Cat deposit can then be turned into money further down the track.
They would also be looking to secure more land around the Wattle Dam area, BAR, BRW, AAR and PIO all have land that could come in handy if it turns out that the gold continues and spreads out at depth.
I would have liked to see RMS forward sell some gold rather than making another capital raising. From all available information they are set to make 50-60 million profit in the next 12-18 months so why dilute more at this time?
Cheers TF
