Just bought back in to PGL post the AGM Announcement.
Have known this company very well since 2000.
It would seem Progen's days are numbered with a return to shareholders coming up unless there is a better M&A deal coming up??
We need to bear in mind that there will need to be quite a deduction from the $75M odd cash holding to cover wind up costs. It would be nice however if they could get a few $$$$ for the Lab out at Darra which in todays $$$$ would cost well over $10M to build. Plus there is their current IP on compounds including PI-88 for what its worth.
Interesting times.
