Wheelwright, you raise excellent and cogent questions, at this time, I think we need to wait and see what GML's response will be. In light of the Results of the New Elections and due to the Urgency of the situation at hand, GML will have to examine what legal rights they have and how they can still work with the new government when it is formed towards a happy end for everyone, Greenland and GML shareholders.
The New Government can't just say NO. There will be a compromise in my opinion!
