There are a lot of institutional investors who are pissed off. I have stated before that I believe that the little clause in the GML agreement with GoG is NOT legally binding, but it does show a bit of disingenuousness on the part of GoG.

I believe that there will be many lawsuits, and lawyers are busy working long hours. This is not over.

Many are blaming GML for mishandling the election prep. They are totally innocent, and have been treated very unfairly. Also, at least 52% of the voters seem to be OK with the mine.

Bottom line: GML has patiently complied with all of the regulations, and was expecting the ML to be granted. Any other issues to be handled after the PH phase of this process. Now, because of political infighting and an unwarranted election, they have had the rug pulled out from under them. This is not proper or fair. The GoG has previously OK'd the mining of uranium, and that implies that GoG will allow mining.

The lawyers are going to have a good time with this one.
