I think mrobert38 has it pretty well summed up ... It does appear that Napier has been elevated to "his level of incompetence".
Even uranium guru Warwick Grigor of Far East Capital got stitched into buying 1m shares at 50c each in the middle of last year ... so what chance do us mere mortals have of getting it right!!!
Anyway, I personally believe there still is money to be made in this share (relative to the current price) ... courtesy Mr Napier.
He has successfully overseen the drop in the CTS share price to a point where a takeover is now highly probable.
Over the past 12 months there has been a persistant conspiracy theory going around of the Canadian miner Mega Uranium "sniffing around".
And with CTS beginning to get cash-strapped as per their recent raising of just under $1.5 million at a ridiculous 11c per share, they are almost "prime ripe" for a takeover.
As they say, at the smell of blood the vultures do come out to play!!!
