My view is that it is the management, particularly Dr Richard Napier. He likes to stick the title of Doctor on all his letterheads, but I wonder what kind of a doctor he is; apparently a Phd in geology. However, he might as well be a chiropracter; maybe a doctor of medicine? If the latter, I am sure he would be a strong proponent of euthanasia. He certainly seems committed to killing off the ailing CTS. He has managed to get the share price down from the 50 cent level to .125, and is now heading for .10 by inept announcements. I think that the only hope for CTS is a take-over, and some new management. Just when the share price begins to revive, he makes a play for a measly $1.43 million dollars at .11 cents per share. I think that it is time for a motion of no confidence in the management of this outfit. Unfortunately, there is no appropriate clause in the sentiment window. I am extremely angry and frustrated at the way this company is being run.
