So when is a Duck a Rabbit at DOMACOM

I noted with interest Domacom's CEO's back in January 0f this year commenting on this site regarding that their was no Prohibition of MIT's investing in Residential Property ... his statement went as follows.... The government has not passed any legislation to implement the draft legislation announced in September 2017 so you are incorrect in your statement that the federal government ban is in place.

In what appears to be crystal in contrast Domacom released a statement to the media on the 30th July 2018 stating that....

“We are pleased that the revised legislation has removed this prohibition and instead has addressed the potential tax leakage by foreign investment into residential properties ......“DomaCom can now proceed with its business model of allowing investors to fractionally invest in residential properties across Australia."

So when is a duck a rabbit at Domacom. IMO seems when it suits them.
