    The specific compliance rules are in the original reinstatement announcement. MMR and the ASX have clearly been in discussions for a long time, the key point being removal of the condition that NOPTA approval be held. Your point regarding not being IPO is 100% correct which makes Sam's 200 posts false and misleading. Nearly there. GLTAH.
