How long have you held Brad ? you sound like your in real hurry. Paitience my freind. POH maybe slow but little by little they deliver, it may not be recognised yet in the sales figures or the S.P but lots and lots of pharma's around the world in different regions, in different industries.
When your in POH you need to respect TIME LAG - if you respect it, it can present you with a sizeable opportunity.
