    CHN has sold it's 60% interest, it's a done deal!!! 100%
    The manger himself owns 27.5% of the company, no way will this be voted down.

    China's SFECO have the cash, $120 million for a mine with revenues of $1.2 billion is a no brainer for them.

    WIN-WIN for everyone around.

    Stop looking gloomy and just focus on all that wonderfull upside.
