If they can quickly sort out the teething issues with the Granville processing upgrade, and get production of concentrate to near of full capacity, a CR may not be required. This is to be the cash generation asset of the company for the near term(s) and needs to be fully operational and delivering for future projects funding.
And given what's in front of us and with the numerous news announcements expected in the coming several weeks, the current market cap, et al ...a modest raise I don't think would hurt us too much, if any. In fact, I think they would soak up 1c CR quite easily - but this just my opinion.
News maybe a little slow, but the fundamentals remain the same.
