They say the founders company Solamind no longer has any shares.
And no shares were bought for the scientists (they plan to ask the shareholders to grant shares to them at the AGM.
The directors didn't buy any (or they have not put in their notices if they did).
So who did buy those big blocks of shares at 25c? hmmmmm....
They say Solagran believes shareholders best served by removing ANZ from the share register and "this was achieved" in August. Note they didn't say that they were responsible for achieving it... it's just something that happened!
All approvals, production, distribution and marketing had started by 02 April. So why no sales by the end of the financial year?
Why are they being so cagy about the price? Lots of nice "could be" revenue and profit projections based on assumed price and courses. Reminds me a lot how CMQ presented the potential for their wonder chemical.
Something makes me feel very uneasy about all this...
