Also don't forget hyaluronic acid is a protein which is already approved by the FDA. It is naturally occurring in the human body and doesn't incite any immunologic reaction. All types of hyaluronic acid are identical whether it be avian, bovine or human (from memory).
I would have thought it should be quite straight forward to get approval and even the CE mark. Its not a medical device.
I also believe cap raising is unlikely although never say never.
