Blurrt i think you may be mistaken. ABDM is still under the same avatar.
As for the post, I would only be happy for a CR if there is a clear, concise and definite plan and strategy but even then having a partner who is a leader in the pharmaceutical world with established connections and distribution capabilities is a must IMO. Lucky for us both Tony and Steve have a wealth of experience so if going alone is the best plan of attack then I would have confidence that they have chose the best strategy. The biggest cost is always going to be marketing, if you walk into a pharmacy each category is littered with competition that varies from generics all the way to the giant pharma's. It's one hell of a task to try and compete in any space by ourselves, even if the technology is proven its more times than not a recipe for a financial black hole.
