I attended the meeting tonight in Brisbane and would firstly like to thank the shareholder group who arranged this at their own expense (time and money).

It was a very informative evening with a great opportunity to personally meet the proposed directors. All three are quality candidates which if not already clear from their credentials and experience, was certainly evident after meeting them and hearing their vision for how our company should be run. All offered genuine concern for the happenings in the business of late and made a commitment to improve communication and capital control should they be elected. All appeared to have a genuine passion for the science with one in particular having several close family members affected by autoimmune disease.
Having been a shareholder in CBZ for 8 years now and having reasonable investment experience, i have no doubt that the proposed directors have the smarts and experience to really make a positive difference to our company.

I don't wish to go into detail on what was discussed but there is a definite feeling of disappointment and to a degree anger (voiced publicly from nearly all shareholders present) at how the owners of the business (us) are being treated by the current board and management. There is almost an expectation that the chairman (in particular) would or could do something to deliberately undermine the success of the company. I don't want to speculate on this but for such a large group of people, including most on this forum, to even think that the people leading this company could do this, cannot be good. You need to have confidence in your leader whether that be in business or otherwise. In my humble opinion, Stephen Jones has most definitely lost his mandate to lead this company.

Whilst i always considered a yes vote essential, my resolve is even greater after experiencing the calibre of the proposed directors.

I urge you all to vote yes to every resolution and remember do not nominate the chairman as your proxy.

If you were considering not voting, please reconsider this as a matter of priority.
