May I suggest that in my humble opinion that the hypothetical deal you refer to twixt ANZ and Solagran re setting up the same conditions as OPES was operating under could very well be the outcome. At least I hope so.
It has Win,Win,Win outcomes...providing Solagran (Solamind) don't display the naievity in future transactions that they showed here.
Whomsoever figured that the Opes option was the way to go should do just that...GO!
You can't keep getting what you are getting if you don't keep doing what you were doing so I can't see this mistake ever being repeated...Jeez Crust.
