Every chance proposed laws don't written into law hence that's why they go thru a consultation phase. They tried to increase small claims limit to £5000 in 2013 but it didn't get thru. Anyways not really a big impact on SGH UK I would think.. Market is acting like revenues would drop by 50% or more.

Surely the tide might turn tomorrow when common sense prevails.
