OK, lets assume there is any manipulation by these people. How would they do that?
OK, lets assume i am Fuzzia and i know that on November the 8th the suspension will be removed. HOW could i than manipulate the shareprice? When i buy a lot the shareprie may go up a little bit. If i have allready share i wouldnt sell them because of the suspension remove knowing... I cannot see how someone, who possinble knows of the proceedings could "manipulate" the stockprice?!?!?! On the other hand, if i know on november the 8th the suspension would be expanded. I would buy some short possions... The prices possible goes a little down, if i have some million dollars... but WHERE IS THE MANIPULATION?
I would be glad, if you can help me understanding that. Cheers
