In addition, we all know AGS have 25 percent share but what about the reverse take over idea? i believe u bull raised this as a potential future situation. As Quasar is privately owned, AGS could BUY out all the U assets in return for AGS issued shares! The new shareholders would still maintain a controlling interest in the U interests and be more able to benefit financially from the bull market.

Another thought, Quasar could buy up AGS shares with the sole intention to sell when they decide to mine, the profit going towards the cost of building the mine ... or is that inside trading :p
