Not sure that I am providing excuse, I thought I was engaging in offering an alternative explanation, which you were invited to verify for yourself.

I suppose the answer to your question why JH is telling people anything , is because he probably ahs nothing tat he can tell you. I|the negotaians may well be at a delicate stage and any public comment may well cause problems. Plus I suspect that it would not be appropriate to issue a jublic statement saying something like " We are still in negotiations" as to my mind taht is not news that teh ASX requires him to publish.

I suspect also taht he is too busy trying to get a rig and drill the hole , I would let him do just taht
