I am not sure that is correct "they have had months and months" I am not sure of you are aware, but the availabilty of Drilling Rigs is very very difficult, that is further compounded by the type of rig required to do the job,its availability at a time when we need it,as apposed to when they can make it available.

It really is very difficult to get rigs at the moment,and tehy are calling the shots

I was talking to a guy the other day, who was telling me if they had another 30 rigs they could put them to work the next day

Then you have the trained personel problem.

It really a lucky straw grasping ecercise at the moment.

It is my understnding that JH has even been looking at rigs offshore because of the scarcity
