In my opinion, I'm not sure what deal has been done. The major precussor to any deal seems to me to be Financial and Legal Due Dilligence. Not yet happened , as announced by DCL and we dont know who is doing it. Then I believe also needs to be a independant expert report assumably by a different party following the due dilligence (IMO). IMO , so why not let the market know which Firms have recommenced their partially completed work of a nearly a year ago. I do recall that DCL had negotiated ( IMO) a multi million dollar break fee with AustAgri some months ago , do you know if this is still operative.
