    I eat it!

    I spent 12 years over in Japan and live off the stuff.
    I prefer Sashimi to can variety & personally believe that cooking it is a waste (unless it's ever so slightly seared)

    Unfortunately the Sashimi tuna we get here often isn't the best, though I am getting better stuff now that I tell the shop which part I want.

    Another great Tuna part is the cheek bone/meat.
    Done a special way... awesome!
